MyMFT: Information and support

Healthwatch Manchester staff were recently invited to a workshop at Wythenshawe Hospital to learn more about a new online web portal and mobile app that connects you to your MFT medical information known as MyMFT

MyMFT is a new online web portal and mobile app that connects you to your MFT (Manchester Foundation Trust) medical information. This online portal can be accessed using your personal computer, smartphone or tablet device, with features and benefits that will continue to grow over time. This app supports usage across any of the MFT hospitals in Manchester.

MyMFT already has over 160,000 sign ups since its launch in late August of last year. You can sign up and access this online portal via Desktop PC or laptop on the Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Safari web browsers, by visiting: my.mft.nhs.uk. 

Alternatively, on a smartphone or tablet you can download MyMFT by searching “MyChart” on your mobile app store and downloading the app, the links below will take you straight to the app store page's.

For support using MyMFT, there is a help desk service to handle queries over the phone or via email.
