'Prompt and Professional' - a report into McCartney House

We conducted a 'mystery shopper' exercise after members of the public informed us of communication issues at McCartney House. We found their response to be 'prompt and professional'.

After receiving concerns from local residents about communication problems with the telephone services at McCartney House, which provides psychotherapy services, we conducted a 'mystery shopper' to find out more.

We did not find any significant problems with the telephone service and the vast majority of our calls were answered straight away.
